INSULATOR: High-temp plastic or epoxy. Hermeticity of up to 4.6 x 10-3cc/sec prevents water from entering through the rear of the connector in high humidity environments or during testing.
Coaxial, Twinax, and Triax contacts can be included in certain arrangements for signal or power circuits.
Filter contacts with different cut-off frequencies can be mixed within the same Planar
Ground, Feed-Thru, and filter contacts can be combined within the same connector.

Benefits derived from the use of Outman Industries filter connectors include the fact that virtually any component with two leads can be installed in series with the load. The same is true of components installed in parallel with the load when utilizing SMT chips, tubular devices, and or planar capacitors (the physical size of the component(s)) being the significant limitation).
